What's the Black Friday offer?
The more products you buy, the more you save:

Do I need a code?
During Early Access, use the code VIP-BFCM26. From 20 November, the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Does buying two of the same product count?
Yes. Every product in your order counts towards your discount.
How is the discount worked out?
Your discount applies to every eligible product in one single order. Separate orders can't be combined to reach a higher tier.
Is anything excluded?
The discount doesn't apply to Gift Cards, shipping, or import duties and taxes. Gift Cards don't count towards your product total.
Can I use another discount code with the sale?
No. The Black Friday offer can't be combined with any other code or offer, including welcome codes.
I placed an order before the sale. Can I get the discount?
No. The offer can't be applied to existing orders.
Shipping and delivery
Is shipping free?
Free Shipping is available for orders over $150.
How long will my order take to arrive?
During the sale, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Delivery times are estimates only. Customs, local couriers or other delays can affect them.
Will I pay duties or taxes on an international order?
You might. Import duties, VAT and customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. They aren't included in our prices or shipping fees.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email hello@usandiris.com as soon as you can. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once your order is being prepared.
Returns and faulty items
Can I return something I bought in the sale?
Yes. You can return sale items within 30 days of delivery, unless they're marked as final sale. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, dust bags and tags. You'll need your order confirmation or receipt.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive an untracked return.
If I return one item, what happens to my discount?
Your refund is based on what you paid. If your return takes your order below the tier you qualified for, your discount is recalculated and your refund adjusted.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times vary.
Are duties refunded on returns?
No. Import duties and taxes are non-refundable. This doesn't affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item for a refund. A new order placed after the sale ends won't receive the sale discount.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hello@usandiris.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Does the sale apply at stockists?
No. The offer is only available at usandiris.com.
The discount isn't showing at checkout. What should I do?
Check that the sale is live, that your cart has no other discount code applied, and that it includes eligible products. Still stuck? Email hello@usandiris.com before you place your order. We aim to reply within 24–48 business hours.
Terms and conditions
Offer runs from 10 November 2026 for email subscribers and from 20 November 2026 for all customers, ending 3 December 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Purchase 1 product to save 10%, 2 products to save 20%, or 3 or more products to save 30%. Products must be purchased in one single order at usandiris.com. Excludes Gift Cards, shipping, and import duties and taxes. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, or applied to existing orders. Offer valid while stock lasts. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
