I put in the wrong shipping address—what do I do?

Email us immediately with your correct address and order number. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it for you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us photos and your order number within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australian orders: 2–6 business days
International orders: 7–14 business days
(Please allow extra time during peak periods or customs delays.)

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, including the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Will I need to pay extra fees (VAT or duties) when my order arrives in the EU?

Yes. Since we ship from Australia, EU customers may be charged import VAT and possibly customs duties when your order arrives. VAT is charged on all imports, and if your order is over €150, customs duties may also apply. These fees are collected by your local courier upon delivery.

The cost of this depends on your country’s VAT rate (usually between 17–27%) and the type of item. For example, leather or fashion goods may have duties around 2–5%. The total cost is based on the item value + shipping. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate estimate.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties when ordering to the U.S.?

As of April 5, 2025, the U.S. government has announced plans to close the de minimis loophole on May 2, 2025. This loophole previously allowed foreign companies to ship low-cost goods under $800 into the U.S. without tariffs or customs checks. Once this change takes effect, all imports, regardless of value, will be subject to applicable duties and taxes.​

Yes! The Noir Mirage is fully padded and lined to keep your gear safe and secure.

How do I clean my camera bag?

We recommend using a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the exterior. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.

Is the bag water-resistant?

The Noir Mirage is made with premium, water-resistant materials, perfect for shooting on-the-go. While it can handle light rain, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours for camera safety or damage to your camera bag.
