Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your US & IRIS purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping typically ranges from AUD $40–$80, depending on your location.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. We will send you an email notification to confirm approval.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different style or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
